Your marbles payment instruction
Please note that your payment was incorrectly sent to HSBC Bank plc. We have recently written to you to advise that all future marbles payments should be sent to Bank of Scotland plc who have been your card provider since 22nd February 2009.
We have been advised that any future payments you send to HSBC Bank Plc will be returned to you. This could result in late payment fees being applied to your account.
It is likely that you have either a standing order or bill payment set up with your bank and this was the method used when sending your payment. In order to ensure that future payments are credited directly to your marbles account and no unnecessary charges are incurred, you must cancel any existing instruction you have in place with your bank and set up a new standing order or bill payment.
To set up a new standing order you will need to quote the bank details below or if you have internet banking you can set up a new bill payment by choosing “marbles 519345”.

Please remember to quote your 16 digit marbles card number as the reference which begins 519345
