Most of the places you use your marbles chip and PIN card will require you to use your PIN, and not allow you to sign for your transactions. So it's vital that you memorise your PIN number.

If you keep forgetting your PIN, change it to a number that you can easily remember. Just insert your card in a cash machine, key in your existing PIN and follow the on-screen instructions.

If your PIN has locked, as it may do if you accidentally enter the wrong number three times in a row, again you can unlock it at any chip and PIN-enabled cash machine.
