Making payments on your marbles credit card
It's really important that you manage your marbles card responsibly, this means you need to make at least the minimum payment each month - details of which are on your monthly statement. You also need to make sure you stay within your agreed credit limit.
6 easy ways to make payments
We've made it easier than ever for you to make your marbles card payment. Whether you want to pay in full each month or spread your repayments, choose from one of the following options.
By post
Fill in your Bank Giro Credit slip and return it with your cheque in the envelope provided with your statement (please affix stamp). Please send your cheque to:
Credit Card Services, PO Box 1071, Bootle, L71 2WF.
You should allow 7 working days for your payment to reach us.
At any bank
Pay by cash or cheque at any UK high street bank. Please note that a charge may apply. Ensure you take the attached Bank Giro Credit with you. Allow 5 working days for payment to reach your account (excluding public holidays).
By Direct Debit
You can request a Direct Debit Instruction online or by calling 0870 606 1177.
Payment by cheque
Please make cheques payable to marbles followed by your 16 digit credit card number (your 16 digit credit card number is now required on the front of all cheques payable to marbles).
By Telephone/Internet Banking - With Your Own Bank Only
Simply quote our Sort Code 40-63-02, our 8 digit Bank Account Number 10000000 and most importantly your 16 digit credit card number as the reference. All this information is shown on the front of your statement. Please allow 7 working days for the payment to reach us.
Online
You can make payments online by logging into your account. Be sure to have your debit card handy and the amount you wish to pay. You should allow 2 working days for your payment to reach your account.
