What services are available to me when I use the on-line account service?
There are loads of things you can do like see your current balance, keep track of recent transactions and view your last 6 statements.
You can even transfer balances from other cards if you fancy.
Will I still receive paper statements?
Yes, but you can also view your last 6 statements on-line. Paper statements are
automatically sent to you free of charge.
If I make a customer service request when will it be actioned? How will I know you have received it?
Most requests you can complete yourself on-line. Anything else can be requested on-line and you can of course telephone customer
services 24 hours a day.
What do I need to use the on-line service?
A PC with Windows 95, 98 or NT, an internet connection and a browser, preferably Microsoft Internet Explorer
(version 4 or above), or Netscape (version 4 or above).
When can I access my marbles credit card account on-line?
marbles is up and running and open for business 24 hours a day. Every so often we'll have to
update our systems, but that will only take a short time. And if you do want to get in touch when all that's happening, there's always marbles customer services on 0870 606 1177, which is open all the time too.
Can I access my on-line account from behind a firewall?
If you decide to access your account from your place of work, you are likely to be doing so from within their security system. If you experience any problems you will need to contact your Network Administrator,
or the person responsible for the security systems for assistance.
Do I have to buy things from special websites?
No. With marbles, you can buy anything on the net without having to worry about security. It's the same as being in a high
