Making payments on your marbles credit card
It's really important that you manage your marbles card responsibly, this means you need to make at least the minimum payment each month - details of which are on your monthly statement. You also need to make sure you stay within your agreed credit limit.
6 easy ways to make payments
We've made it easier than ever for you to make your marbles card payment. Whether you want to pay in full each month or spread your repayments, choose from one of the following options.
Fill in your bank giro slip at the bottom of your statement, sending it with a cheque in the envelope provided with your statement. Make your cheque payable to the principal cardholder with your marbles credit card number included in the payee line, for example:

Please don’t send cash by post. You should allow 7 working days for your payment to reach us.
At any bank
Pay by cash or cheque at any UK high street bank. Please note that a charge may apply. Ensure you take the bank giro slip with you. Allow 5 working days for payment to reach your account (excluding public holidays).
By Direct Debit
You can request a Direct Debit Instruction by calling 0333 220 2692*. We'll take the minimum, full or percentage payment of the balance from your bank account each month, whichever you prefer.
With a debit card
Phone us on 0333 220 2692* with your debit card to hand and make a payment. Our interactive voice payments system enables quick telephone payments, and you don’t even need to speak to an advisor to pay your monthly bill.
By telephone/Internet banking - with your own bank only
Simply quote our Sort Code 30-00-00, our 8 digit Bank Account Number 00300640 and most importantly your 16 digit credit card number as the reference. All this information is shown on the front of your statement. Please allow 7 working days for the payment to reach us.
You can make payments online by logging into your marbles account. Be sure to have your debit card handy and the amount you wish to pay. You should allow 3 working days before your due date for your payment to reach your account.
Lines are open seven days a week, Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
Calls are charged at a standard national rate. Call costs from mobile companies and operators may vary so please check before calling. Calls may be recorded or monitored for training and security purposes and to help us manage your account.
